At Elizabeth Face + Body Med Spa in Ferndale, our team works passionately to help bring more beauty to your world. We are committed every day to improve the beauty in each individual patient that comes to our spa, helping them attain their skin and body rejuvenation goals.
Dr. Elizabeth Pensler, a Michigan native, is a Double Board Certified Vascular and General Surgeon. She graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI and went to medical school at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences Kansas City, Missouri.
She completed her General Surgery Residency within the Henry Ford Health System and her Vascular Surgery Fellowship at Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center. After her Vascular Surgery Fellowship she was invited to join the academic staff at the Detroit Medical Center, including Harper University Hospital and Detroit Receiving Hospital.
During her tenure, she mastered the latest in minimally invasive, endovascular procedures. These procedures offer less pain, lower risk and a faster return to normal daily life for the patient. She is able to treat a wide array of vascular problems with a special attention to venous disorders.
Jennifer Diaz, BSN, RN
Jennifer earned her first Bachelor’s Degree of Exercise Science and Health Promotion in 2014. After working as an exercise physiologist, she went back to school to earn her Bachelor’s Degree of Nursing in 2019 at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale. Her entire professional career has been dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of her patients. Her focus is now on cosmetics, wellness, and rejuvenation. She is certified in neuromodulators including Botox and Dysport, filler injections, IV therapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections, PDO threads, and much more. Outside of work, she maintains healthy habits, is an avid fan of Orange Theory, and loves spending time with her family.

Kendall Pieroni, MSPAS, PA-C
Kendall Pieroni is a NCCPA board-certified Physician Assistant with a background in Emergency Medicine and has been a valued member of the practice for over two years. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Kinesiology from Central Michigan University. Kendall went on to complete her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She is also a member of the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants.
Born and raised in White Lake, Michigan, Kendall currently resides in West Bloomfield with her husband, their daughter, and their dog, Boomer.
Outside of work, Kendall enjoys spending time on the lake and being outdoors—whether hiking, skiing, or exploring nature. In her free time, she also enjoys reading, listening to music, baking, watching football—and proudly holds the title of office fantasy football league champion.
Madison Graham, LME
Madison, a Licensed Medical Esthetician, graduated from The Salon Professional Academy of Holland in 2021. She worked in West Michigan for three years until she moved to Novi with her husband. Madison is passionate about making her clients feel their best in their own skin. She knows how challenging it can be to deal with skin conditions, as she struggled with hormonal acne for years. Her motto is “Healthy skin over perfect skin”. There is no such thing as perfect skin. The goal is for her clients to adopt healthy skin habits and gain confidence in themselves. Madison refers to herself as your “esti bestie”. She regularly posts on social media to educate her followers on skin health and provide support for her clients. She loves education and embraces a continuous learning mindset. After three years in the industry, Madison has witnessed numerous clients achieve their skin goals, which brings her immense satisfaction in helping her clients regain their confidence.
Katie Hutson
Katie might be new to our team, but she is not new to our building. Having worked at Pensler Vein and Vascular and Hill Orthopedics for three years, Katie has gained substantial medical knowledge and immense patient care skills. She is now our front desk receptionist and can’t wait to greet you at our beautiful spa with a smile. While maintaining her full-time career, she always puts her family first and loves being a mother. Her two children are her world, and there is nothing that brings her more joy than watching them grow. Katie and her husband, Todd, own a sports travel company called The Stadium Events, and she loves spending time entertaining and watching sports. Go Blue!
